How to add Notepad to doxy.me
The first time you use Notepad on doxy.me, you’ll need to add the app to your account.
Begin by signing into your doxy.me account.
On the dashboard, navigate to the Apps button on the Sidebar.
Now, find Notepad and click Add to doxy.me.
Once added, the app will be available to use during your next appointment.
How to use Notepad during a session
Notepad can be launched at any time during a doxy.me appointment.
During an appointment, navigate to the Control bar.
Select Apps and choose Notepad from the menu.
Click Start Notepad.
You can Close Notepad and re-open it again at any time
Copy or download your Notepad during your session or on the End Call Screen
You can copy or download your Notepad at any time during your appointment
You can also copy or download your Notepad following your appointment from the End Call Screen.
💡 Important: Do not close the tab, or your Notepad will be lost.
Understand the patient’s Notepad experience
Your patient will not be notified when you launch Notepad. They will not be able to see that Notepad is running or what you write.
💡 Top tip: Remember to close Notepad before you screen share.
