  2. Select Apps and choose Timer from the menu.

  3. Choose your countdown duration and customization options

  4. Click Start

Setting countdown duration and customization options

When setting your countdown, you will be asked to input:

  1. How long you want to set the countdown for

  2. Who you want to receive the notifications - just you, or also your patient(s)

Using Timer in private mode

Timer can be used in private mode when you don’t want your patient to see or hear anything. Only you will be able to see the countdown and receive the alerts. When you launch Timer, you will want to toggle off the option for Send notification(s) to patient

💡 Use Timer to set a countdown for ten minutes early so you know when to wrap up.

Sharing Timer with your patient

Timer can be used in shared mode when you want your patient to also see any reminders, and know when time is up. When you launch Timer, you will want to toggle on the option for Send notification(s) to patient.

💡Sharing Timer works well if you want your patient to know when you're getting close to the end of the session
