Thinking Traps

Thinking Traps helps patients recognize common thinking traps using real-world examples. Each example appears individually with three possible options. Patients select the thinking trap they believe fits best, and if they choose incorrectly, they are automatically prompted to try again.

Automatic Thoughts

Automatic Thoughts helps patients notice and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns as they arise. Patients respond to a prompt by identifying their initial reaction, then work through steps to replace it with a more balanced, helpful perspective.

Understand the patient’s CBT Activities experience

The patient’s screen will show your chosen activity after you click Start. The activity will adapt to their screen size if necessary, i.e., if you are on a desktop and the patient is using a mobile, their view will differ slightly from yours for an optimal experience. You will be able to see when a patient clicks on a response - and if needed, you can also make selections on their behalf. Both you and the patient will see the same game feedback: success or try again.
