You can schedule appointments from doxy.me using calendar invites. We support the use of popular calendar applications as well as an EMR calendar via iCalendar. You can also use an external scheduling solution with doxy.me.
Send a calendar invite
From your Dashboard, click on Invite Via.
Select Calendar.
Enter appointment details (e.g., date, time, and room)
Click Add to Calendar.
Choose your preferred calendar application or method.
After completing these steps, you will be directed to the app you have designated. The time and date entered in Step 3 above will automatically transfer. You can then invite your patient by entering their email.
Selecting iCalendar will download a universal calendar format (.ical) that can be shared as an attachment or added to many EMRs or other applications.
