Important: If you change your Waiting Room URL, your previous URL will no longer work. You'll need to notify your patients and replace any existing links to your Waiting Room.
How to change your room URL
Go to Settings.
Click Rooms.
Click on three dots across the room URL you want to change, then click Edit room Change the Room check-in link. Don't use spaces, dashes, or special characters.
Doxy.me recommends only using lower case letters and trying to keep the length under 15 characters.Click Save changes.
To change your clinic subdomain, you can request the chat support option from your dashboard Help button.
What is my Waiting Room URL?
It's the link your patients click on to check into your Waiting Room. The link is personalized with the room name you choose.
