View the date, time, and duration of past appointments

Meeting history helps you to track the details of your past appointments. This information can be useful for documentation, billing, and insurance purposes.

Access Meeting history by clicking on the History button located on your Sidebar.

Available on all plans ⭐ This feature is only accessible from a desktop computer


Tour the Meeting history page

Filtering and exporting | Page navigation

The grey circle following the "Meeting History" page title shows the total count of appointments you've had. This number changes when you adjust the date filter on the right side of the screen.

Next, you will find a drop-down button to filter between timeframes. Use this drop-down to filter your data by the following timeframes.

  • Past 7 days

  • This month

  • Past month

  • Past 3 months

  • Past 6 months

  • Past 12 months

  • All time (default)

The Export* button lives to the right of the date filter. Click this button to export your meeting history to a CSV file. The download will account for any filters you may have chosen.

Patient names are not associated with meetings because doxy.me does not store protected health information.

Exporting Meeting history

Pro and Clinic users can export a CSV that includes:

  • Date

  • Provider's Name (Clinic only)

  • Room that the call took place in (Clinic only)

  • Start Time

  • End Time

  • Duration

  • Waiting Time (Group calls will have times separated by a comma)

  • Your Call Rating (Call rating surveys are displayed to 1 in 10 calls)

  • Your Comment

  • Patient Call Rating

  • Patient Comment
