We’re excited to share the new call experience beta with you and look forward to your feedback.

What is a beta?

A beta is the final stage of product testing before it becomes available to all users. During this stage, a small group of real users, such as yourself, have the opportunity to provide feedback and identify areas that need improvement before it’s released.

How was I selected to use the new call experience beta?

You signed up for early access to this update.

What should I expect during the beta?

There should be no disruption to your practice using the new call experience beta. Simply start your call as you always do. No additional steps are required.

During the beta, we may reach out with additional updates or questions.

How do I provide new call experience feedback?

There are 3 ways to provide feedback:

  1. At the end of each call session, rate the audio and video quality

  2. Reply directly to this email

  3. Accept the interview invitation to speak directly with the product team about your experience (invite sent separately in the coming weeks)

Your feedback is essential and closely monitored by our product and engineering teams.

Can I opt out of the new call experience beta?

Yes, your participation is voluntary. We would hate to see you go but understand if you decide to stop using the new call experience beta.

How to disable the new call experience beta

  1. On your dashboard, click Account settings

  2. Click Room

  3. Toggle Improved in-call experience off

  4. Click Update to save your preference for opting out of the beta
