Patients check into your Waiting Room using your unique doxy.me link.
Your unique Waiting Room link can be found at the center of your Dashboard
If you send appointment invites using doxy.me’s Invite Via feature, your patient will receive the link in the message

How to set up check-in notifications
Get instant alerts when a patient checks into your waiting room
Log into your doxy.me account
Navigate to the Preferences tab in Settings
Choose to enable any or all of these options
Check-in sound: A sound will play from your browser when a patient checks into your waiting room. Select which sound you’d like to hear by using the drop-down list
Email notifications: Provide an email address and receive an email each time a patient checks into your waiting room
Text message notifications: Provide a phone number and receive a text message each time a patient checks into your waiting room
How to set up patient check-in photos
To see a preview picture of your patient each time they check in, require a patient check-in photo.
Log into your doxy.me account
Navigate to the Preferences tab in Settings
Scroll down to Check-in
Toggle on Require patient photo at check-in
How to change your waiting room web address
Update your unique web address that patients use to check in
Log into your doxy.me account
Navigate to the Waiting Room tab in Settings
Enter a new Room name in the text box
Click Save changes
If needed, share your new link with patients
How to set up a Waiting Room passcode | Paid plans only
Require patients to enter a passcode in order to check in to your waiting room
Log into your doxy.me account
Navigate to the Waiting Room tab in Settings
Scroll down to Check-in
Toggle on Waiting Room passcode
Set a passcode that your patients will use to check in
Click Save changes
If needed, share your new passcode with patients
