Phase 1: Save your current Waiting Room content

Before February 27th, follow these steps to back up your existing content. This ensures that none of your text, images, or videos are lost when transitioning to the new system.

Step 1: Open your current Waiting Room

  1. Log into your Doxy.me account.

  2. Click Edit Waiting Room from your Dashboard.

Step 2: Save your text content

To keep any text from your current Waiting Room:

  • Create a document in Google Docs, Word, or any word processor to store your text

  • Copy and paste text from each section of your Waiting Room into the document

Step 3: Save your images

If you have original image files, you’re all set!

If you don’t have the image file, you can:

  • Create a folder on your desktop or in your device’s storage to save images

  • Save each image:

    • On a computer: Right-click the image and select “Save As” to store it in your folder.

    • On a touch device: Tap and hold the image, then select Save to Photos or Files.

Step 4: Save your videos

If you have YouTube or Vimeo videos in your current Waiting Room:

  • Copy the video links and paste them into your document.

Once you’ve saved all your text, images, and videos, you’re ready to build your new Waiting Room.
