Keep track of how you’re using doxy.me

Get insight into your appointment metrics and platform usage with the doxy.me Analytics feature. Analytics can be accessed by clicking on the Analytics button on your Sidebar.

This feature is available on all plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile friendly


Get to know the Analytics page

Date range filter

At the top of the page, you’ll see the Date range dropdown. By default, it is set to All.

You can filter by:

  • All

  • Past 7 days

  • This month

  • Past month

  • Past 3 months (from today)

  • Past 6 months (from today)

  • Past 12 months (from today)

Rooms filter

Next to the Date range filter, you may see the Rooms dropdown. The Rooms dropdown is only visible if you have access to more than one room. If you only have access to one room, Analytics will automatically show data for that room.

By default, the Rooms filter is set to:

  • All (includes all active Shared and Personal Rooms you have access to)

You can use this dropdown to:

  • Select one room to view analytics for that room only

  • Select multiple rooms to combine data

  • Select All to include every room you can access

When multiple rooms are selected, Analytics combines their session data into a single view.

You will only see rooms you have permission to access.


How data is calculated

What you see in Analytics depends on your role and room access:

  • Members (providers) see only their own session data, even when viewing multiple rooms

  • Admins and Owners see all users’ session data for the selected room(s)

  • When All is selected, Admins and Owners see aggregated data across all accessible rooms

When multiple rooms are selected, Analytics combines session data into a single view.

  • Members see only their own activity across selected rooms

  • Admins and Owners see all users’ activity across selected rooms

For Admins and Owners, the default view is All rooms, showing aggregated data across the clinic.


Tour the page

Session metrics | Top of the page

At the top of the page, you’ll see three summary metrics based on your selected filters:

  1. Total sessions – Number of sessions held

  2. Session minutes – Total minutes hosted

  3. Average session time – Average session duration

These metrics reflect:

  • The selected date range

  • The selected room(s)

Past year graph | Middle of the page

The graph shows monthly activity over the past 12 months.

You can toggle between:

  • Total session count

  • Total minute count

The graph updates based on:

  • The selected date range

  • The selected room(s)

  • Your role-based access

Usage highlights | End of the page

At the bottom of the page, you’ll see additional activity metrics, including:

  • Lifetime average monthly session count

  • This month’s session count

  • Month with the most total sessions

  • Month with the most session minutes

  • Lifetime total sessions

  • Lifetime total minutes

These metrics reflect:

  • The selected date range

  • The selected room(s)

  • Your role-based access


For multi-user clinics

Analytics reflects both your room access and your role permissions.

  • You can view analytics only for rooms you have access to

  • Owners and Admins can view and combine data across multiple rooms

  • Members see analytics only for their own activity within assigned rooms

To view analytics for specific workflows or locations, select the relevant room(s) from the Rooms dropdown.

If you do not see a room you expect, contact your clinic Owner or Admin.
