Get to know the Default Waiting Room
Each doxy.me provider automatically has a Waiting Room with doxy.me. This is the page your patients will see after they check in for an appointment. Just like a waiting room in a physical office, this space welcomes patients and shares helpful information for their telehealth session.
The Default Waiting Room cannot be edited or turned off. Paid plan users can create a Custom Waiting Room tailored to their practice. Click here to learn more.
The Default Waiting Room shows the following:
Reception

Good to Know
For an optimal call experience, please do the following:
If you’re using a phone, please turn on Do Not Disturb/Focus mode to prevent incoming texts and calls from disrupting the call.
Confirm your video and microphone are working.
You should see your video and a green sound indicator when you talk.
If they are not working, please refresh your browser or restart your device, then check in again.
If you are having technical issues, check out our help article.
