Wait for your provider to start the call

Once you've checked in, you'll find yourself in your provider’s waiting room! Your provider will join you shortly to begin your call.

If you're curious about your provider's whereabouts or how long you'll be waiting, here are some Waiting Room Tips and FAQs:

Waiting Room Tips:

  • Check Video/Call Quality:

    • Quickly test your microphone, video, and connection by selecting the Audio and Video Test button in the waiting room.

  • Adjust Camera and Microphone:

    • Find camera and microphone settings by hovering over your video preview and clicking the three vertical dots.


⚠️ Note: If you refresh your page or click the back arrow, you'll need to check back into your video call.


Waiting Room FAQs:

  • Where is my provider?

    • Your provider or office has been notified of your check-in. You'll remain on a live patient list to ensure you're not missed.

  • Why does it say my provider is unavailable?

    • Your provider could be occupied in other online rooms, offline, or on another call. Rest assured, they'll join you shortly.

  • How long do I wait?

    • Typically, wait times are under 5-10 minutes.

If you're waiting longer than average:

  • Double-check the provider link.

  • Verify your appointment time and date.

  • Refresh your page and check back in.

  • Contact your provider directly if you suspect any issues.
