History

Access a record of your previous sessions

History helps you track the details of past appointments. This information can be useful for documentation, billing, and insurance purposes.

Access History by clicking on the History button located on your Sidebar.

Available on Free and Premium plans ⭐ This feature is only accessible from a desktop computer


Tour the History page

Filtering and exporting | Page navigation

The grey circle following the "History" page title shows the total count of appointments you've had. This number changes when you adjust the date filter on the right side of the screen.

Date range filter

Next, you will find a drop-down button to filter between timeframes. Use this drop-down to filter your data by the following timeframes.

  • All

  • Past 7 days

  • This month

  • Past month

  • Past 3 months (from today)

  • Past 6 months (from today)

  • Past 12 months (from today)

Room filter | Multi-user clinics only

Next to the Date range filter, you may see the Rooms dropdown. The Rooms dropdown is only visible if you have access to more than one room. If you only have access to one room, History will automatically show data for that room.

You can filter by:

  • A specific active Shared Room

  • A specific active Personal Room

  • Archived Personal Rooms

Archived Personal Rooms remain visible so their data can be accessed if the room is restored.


How data is shown

What you see in History depends on your role and plan:

  • Members (providers) see only their own session history

  • Admins and Owners (Premium) can view all users’ session history for selected rooms

  • Free plan users see only their own session history

When you select a specific room:

  • Members see only their own session history for that room

  • Admins and Owners see all session history for that room

For Admins and Owners, the default view shows your own session history. You can use the Rooms filter to view history across your clinic.


Meeting History data | Table of information

View past appointment details including:

  • Date

  • Start time

  • End time

  • Duration

Patient names are not associated with meetings because doxy.me does not store protected health information.


Export data | Premium

The Export button lives on the right side of the screen. Click this button to export meeting history as a CSV file.

The exported file reflects:

  • Your selected date range

  • Your selected room(s)

  • Your role-based access (your data vs all users’ data)

Exported fields include:

  • Date

  • Room

  • User

  • Start Time

  • End Time

  • Duration

  • Waiting Time (Group Calls may show multiple values separated by commas)

  • Your Call Rating (Call rating surveys are displayed on a subset of calls)

  • Your Comment

  • Patient Call Rating

  • Patient Comment
