Our refund policy is simple and transparent, so you always know what to expect.

No Refunds Policy

We have a strict no-refund policy. All fees paid to doxy.me are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Unused time on a subscription

  • Downgrading or canceling before the end of a billing cycle

  • Removing a user from your account without reducing the number of licenses

We encourage account administrators to regularly review their active users and license counts to ensure your subscription matches your organization’s current needs.

License Management

Removing a user from your account does not automatically reduce your license count. To avoid being charged for unused licenses, please adjust your license quantity directly within your account settings before your next renewal date. If your account has 50 or more licenses, please contact Support.

If you upgrade to an annual plan partway through your monthly billing cycle, the amount you've already paid will be applied to the annual price, and you'll only be charged the difference.

Payment Terms

Payments are due in full by the due date listed on your invoice. If a payment is missed, doxy.me reserves the right to suspend access to services until the outstanding balance is paid.

We understand unique situations can come up. If you believe yours qualifies for an exception, our support team will be happy to review it—though we can’t guarantee a refund.
