This month’s update brings meaningful improvements to better meet your real-world needs. Choose how Scribe refers to the people you care for and see clearer alerts when calls switch to audio-only. These updates help your day run a little smoother.
Improved Messaging for In-Session Audio Fallback
Available on all plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible
With improved audio fallback messaging, providers and patients will always know when a session switches to audio-only. This reduces confusion if the video turns off due to connection issues and keeps the conversation running smoothly.
What’s new:
Clear alerts when the connection goes to audio-only
Notifications are shown to both providers and patients in all call layouts
Choose “Client” or “Patient” for your Scribe notes
Available on Pro plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible
Your notes should speak the language of your specialty. That’s why Scribe now lets you choose whether your summary notes say “client” or “patient.” Set your terminology preference directly in App Settings, and it will apply to all future notes.
What's new:
New Preferred term App setting lets you choose your note terminology
SOAP and DAP notes automatically use your preferred term “patient” or “client”
