What's new: January 2026

Exciting new features, updates, and improvements — available today!

Updated over a month ago

The January release brings interactive CBT Activities for Pro users to deliver within appointments for meaningful patient progress and insights. And, sessions are clearer with redesigned in-call notifications.

Introducing CBT Activities – a new Doxy.me App

Available on Pro plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible

Help patients identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors with interactive CBT Activities. Seamlessly integrated into your appointment, each activity can be completed together or independently. With live tracking and easily observable progress, CBT Activities helps support key insights and meaningful breakthroughs.

Launching with:

  • Thinking Traps helps patients spot unhelpful thinking habits like "all-or-nothing" and "catastrophizing". As patients match examples to labels, they build awareness and understanding of how these patterns show up in daily life.

  • Automatic Thoughts helps patients recognize unhelpful reactions to everyday situations. By identifying an initial thought and then exploring more helpful alternatives, patients build awareness and strengthen healthier thinking patterns.

Clearer Notifications for Better Sessions

Available on all plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible

We’ve redesigned in-call notifications so they no longer cover participant video feeds - keeping faces, expressions, and key visual cues fully visible. With cleaner alerts, your sessions stay focused and clutter-free.
