What's new: February 2026

Exciting new features, updates, and improvements — available today!

Updated today

The February release helps you gather key patient information with assessments, support mindful reflection with a new CBT Activity, and keep sessions more visually connected with an updated call layout.

Updated call layout for focused sessions

Available on all plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible

The updated call layout keeps video feeds fully visible by giving key in-call tools their own dedicated space. The participant list and Waiting Room live in a dedicated side panel, while the Control Bar now sits in its own area alongside the session timer. You can close the Sidebar by clicking the X in the upper right corner, and reopen it anytime using the icon in the lower left.

This layout keeps session visuals clear and clutter-free, so faces and body language remain fully visible, helping participants feel more present and connected throughout the conversation.

AVAILABLE FEB 10 | Introducing Assessments - a new Doxy.me App

Add notes and annotations, interpret scores with threshold-based flags, and export a PDF.

Included assessments:

  • PHQ-8

  • PHQ-9

  • GAD-7

  • AUDIT

  • CAGE

AVAILABLE FEB 10 | New in CBT Activities: Appreciation Space

Available on Pro plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible

New to the CBT Activities App, Appreciation Space helps patients focus on positive moments by creating a calming visual of things they’re thankful for. As patients add images to represent people, experiences, or moments, they build mindfulness and encourage a more balanced, positive outlook.
