Premium clinics can customize their branding to present a unified identity across patient and provider experiences. Add your clinic name, logos, and brand color so every interaction reflects your organization.
Branding appears across your clinic experience, including:

Provider interface
Email invites
And more
🌟 Branding is managed at the clinic level and applies to all users within the clinic.
How to access branding
Go to Settings
Click the Branding tab
Select Edit clinic appearance
Understand the page layout
The branding page is divided into two sections:
Left side: Where you enter and upload your branding elements
Right side: A live preview showing how your clinic will appear
As you make changes on the left, the preview on the right updates automatically.
💡 The preview shows a general representation of the provider experience and Patient Waiting Room. It does not display every location where branding elements appear.
Customize your clinic branding
1. Clinic name
Enter the clinic name you want displayed to patients and internal users across your clinic.
2. Clinic icon (square logo)
This smaller, square logo appears as:
The browser tab favicon
The icon next to your clinic name
Other areas where a compact logo is needed
Requirements:
PNG or JPG
Minimum 250 × 250 pixels
Maximum file size: 10 MB
To upload:
Click Upload icon
Select your file
Crop or resize the image as needed
Confirm upload
3. Full clinic logo (rectangular)
This version appears in larger display areas.
Requirements:
PNG or JPG
Maximum file size: 10 MB
Rectangular orientation recommended
Click Upload logo, select your file, and confirm.
4. Brand color
After uploading your logo files, doxy.me will automatically suggest a brand color based on your logo. This helps ensure your interface elements align with your visual identity.
You can:
Keep the automatically selected color
Choose a different color using the color selector
Enter a specific HEX code
Select the default doxy.me color
Your selected brand color will be applied to buttons and key interface elements throughout the experience.
Save your changes
When you’re satisfied with your updates, save your changes to apply them across your clinic.
Branding updates affect all providers within the clinic.
For multi-user clinics: who can edit branding?
Branding is managed at the clinic level.
Owner: Can edit branding, clinic settings, and billing
Admin: Can edit branding and clinic settings (no billing access)
Member: Cannot edit clinic branding
If you do not see the Branding tab, check your role or contact your clinic Owner or Admin.
Custom branded email invites
If your clinic has custom branding enabled, email invites will reflect your clinic’s branding automatically.
This includes:
Your clinic name
Your logo
Your brand color
Branding is applied at the clinic level and appears consistently, regardless of which room you select.
