Branded Virtual Backgrounds
Clinics that have customized their branding can use their clinic logo in a Virtual Background. [Learn more about Custom Branding here.]
To use Branded Virtual Backgrounds, a clinic Owner or Admin must first set up clinic branding by uploading a clinic logo. Once a logo has been added, all users in the clinic can apply a Branded Virtual Background the same way they would apply any other Virtual Background.
To apply a Branded Virtual Background:
Go to your Self-preview video before or during a call
Click the More menu and select Change background
Choose one of the branded background options:
Logo shown once in the top left corner
Logo shown once in the lower right corner
Step-and-repeat logo pattern
Exit the Virtual Background options
All clinic users will have access to the branded background options once clinic branding has been set up.
