This month, we're introducing updates that give providers more ways to engage patients in session and help support more reliable virtual care.
Low data mode
Available on Premium plans ⭐ Desktop and tablet compatible
Low data mode gives providers a clearer, more stable video view when connection quality is limited.
To use it, a Premium provider manually selects Low Definition from the in-call Control Bar or Settings. This lowers video quality for everyone in the call and switches to a smaller layout that helps reduce pixelation and keep the session connected.
New CBT Activities: Reframe Challenge
Available on Premium plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible
A new CBT activity is now available in the CBT toolkit: Reframe Challenge.
This activity gives providers more structured, visual ways to help patients process and reframe thoughts and emotions directly in session.
New Games: Four in a Row, Dots and Boxes, Maze, and Bubble Pop
Available on Premium plans ⭐ Desktop compatible
Four new games are now available in the Games app: Four in a Row, Dots and Boxes, Maze, and Bubble Pop.
With more activities to choose from, providers can better tailor sessions to each patient's needs, using play to build rapport, encourage participation, and support therapeutic goals.
Save Custom Waiting Room as a draft
Available on Premium plans ⭐ Desktop compatible
Owners and Admins can now save Custom Waiting Room content as a draft without immediately publishing changes for patients to see.
The current published version stays live while a draft is being edited. Users can return later to the draft to continue working, publish when it’s ready, or discard it and return to the last published version.
