This month’s updates help you better document care, communicate across more languages, stay focused during sessions, understand connection issues, and reach patients by phone in more countries.
New PIE note in Scribe
Available on paid plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible
Scribe now supports PIE (Problem, Intervention, Evaluation) notes, a structured format that connects a patient’s problem with the intervention provided and their response.
Create concise, structured notes that clearly link interventions to patient outcomes and support continuity of care.
Connect with an Interpreter in a wider range of languages
Available on paid plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible
Interpreter now supports 270+ languages, helping you communicate clearly with more patients.
Connect during virtual sessions or launch directly from your dashboard for in-person appointments.
Enhance your in-call layout with Focus Mode
Available on all plans ⭐ Non-touch devices only; medium and large screen layouts
Give your patient more space with an uncluttered, full-screen view. After five seconds without mouse movement, the notification bar and call controls fade away.
Simply move your mouse to bring them back.
Global expansion for Dialer
Available on paid plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible
When a video session isn’t suitable or possible, connect with your patient by phone directly from doxy.me.
Dialer now supports calls to mobile and landline numbers in the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, alongside the US.
New Connection Status with audio fallback indicator
Available on all plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible
If your call quality changes, open Connection Status from the in-call three-dot menu to check for detected connection issues and see whether audio fallback is active.
Where possible, it also explains whose connection is affected. A yellow dot on the menu indicates audio fallback.
