How to manage patients in your queue

The patient queue is located on the left side of your dashboard. It lists the name of each patient in the waiting room and displays information about the patient. It also gives you the option of performing various actions.

Information found in the patient queue

The following information can be seen for each patient in the patient queue by clicking on the three vertical dots () as shown above. This can be done before or during the call.

  • Status of patient's mic and camera

  • Location of the patient

  • Device being used by the patient

    • Laptop/Desktop or Mobile/Tablet

  • Patient's browser

    • Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge

  • Operating system of their device (e.g., iOS for an iPhone)

You can also see how long each patient has been in the waiting room.

The wait time is color coded based on the following criteria:

  • Red: > 10 minutes

  • Orange: 6 - 10 minutes

  • Green: < 5 minutes
