What's New: July 2026

Exciting new features, updates, and improvements — available today!

This month, we're expanding our Apps toolkit with more CBT Activities, Games, and Assessment types, alongside enhancements that improve session reliability and the overall care experience.

New CBT Activity: Thoughts Influence Feelings

Available on Premium plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible

A new Thoughts Influence Feelings activity is now available in the CBT Activities app, helping patients explore how their thoughts affect their emotions and behaviours.

By examining the evidence that supports and challenges unhelpful thoughts, providers and patients can work together to encourage balanced thinking, support cognitive restructuring, and develop healthier, more realistic perspectives.

Expanded Games library

Available on Premium plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible

Checkers, Chess, and Tic-Tac-Toe are now available alongside existing games, giving providers even more ways to engage patients during sessions.

These additions support play-based therapy, encourage interaction, and help build rapport in a fun and familiar way.

New Assessment Types: SCARED and the Vanderbilt Assessment

Available on Premium plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible

SCARED and the Vanderbilt Assessment are now available in the Assessments app.

These tools help providers screen for anxiety and ADHD more effectively, directly within the doxy.me session.

Dialer

Available on Premium plans ⭐ Desktop and mobile compatible

Providers can now call patients directly from doxy.me when internet, device, or connection issues get in the way.

Calls are placed from a masked number, keeping the provider’s personal details private while giving them a reliable backup option when technical difficulties arise. This helps keep appointments on track without switching tools.
