Video Call 2.0

Made to feel like an engaging, in-person visit, the full-screen video adjusts to your internet connection and provides on-demand controls, keeping the focus on your patient.

What's new:

  • Full-screen display: A clear view of your patient fully displayed across your screen

  • Adaptive HD video: Video quality dynamically adjusts based on your bandwidth

  • On-demand controls: Controls and menus only appear when you want to see them

  • Check-in notifications: Stay informed during a call with less distracting alerts

  • Patient information card: Thoughtfully redesigned for a more organized view

  • Screen Share: Have full control with the ability to stop the patient's screen share

  • File Transfer: Transfer or request up to five files at once

Group Call 2.0

Starting with everyone present, group calls with up to 25 participants are viewable in either Gallery or Speaker view, and include a session timer.

Dashboard and Waiting Room 2.0

Intentionally simple, your Dashboard was designed to enhance visibility and maximize productivity. Effortlessly track usage, export session history, manage account settings, monitor your Waiting Room, start appointments, and more — all from one place.

What's new:

  • Navigation sidebar: Easy access to your Dashboard, Analytics, History (formally Meeting History), and Settings using the newly designed navigation sidebar

  • Waiting Room: Your Waiting Room now has its own dedicated space on your Dashboard, making it easier to view and manage your patient queue

Settings 2.0

Customize your profile, manage notifications, and update preferences with the feature designed to help you personalize the doxy.me experience to your needs.

Teleconsent 2.0

Virtually guide patients through digital consent forms in a split-screen display. Providers and patients can fill out details, digitally sign, and download completed forms - together or independently.

Add Teleconsent to your doxy.me experience using the Apps button on your Sidebar and complete the one-time setup.
